Research Profile
I am interested in biomedical data analysis, particularly in cancer diagnostics and other high-dimensional domains where interpretability and structure are critical. My work draws on tools from applied algebraic topology, human-centered machine learning (HCML), eXplainable AI (XAI), and applied statistics. I was a DST-INSPIRE Research Scholar in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Tezpur University from 2018 to 2024. My research was broadly focused on generating functions, q-series, and their combinatorial properties.
Experiences
- Project: Designing high-performing, graph neural network based novel computational tools for multi-layered protein interaction networks (PINs) alignment and identification of network modules/motifs for prioritizing common anti-viral drug targets for multiple hepatotropic viral diseases.
- Funding: Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India
