Research Profile

My research interests lie at the intersection of applied algebraic topology, *human-centered machine learning (HCML), eXplainable AI (XAI), and applied statistics, with applications to biomedical data, complex systems, and other high-dimensional domains where interpretability and structure are critical. I am particularly drawn to developing transparent, mathematically grounded methods for feature selection, pattern recognition, and data-driven modeling in settings where domain-specific constraints (e.g., biological interpretability or network structure) play a central role. I was a DST-INSPIRE Research Scholar in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Tezpur University from 2018 to 2024. My research spanned several disciplines, with a primary focus on integer partitions, q-series, and their combinatorial properties.
